This privacy policy applies to the FloodAid app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that wascreated by Burect Inc. for Giusta Health Foundation (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This Privacy Policy outlines how Giusta Health Foundation collects, uses, and protects the information provided by users of the FloodAid app.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects and utilizes only the necessaryinformation required to provide its services effectively. The app collects user location data to provide real-time flood alerts and relevant information.

The location data collected by the Application is usedsolely for the purpose of delivering flood alerts and providing users with relevant information about flood conditions in their area. The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Third Party Access

The Application utilizes Google Maps services to displayflood information and provide users with interactive maps.

The Service Provider may share your information withthird parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided andAutomatically Collected Information:

You can stop all collection of information by theApplication easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for aslong as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at jbgiustahf@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application toknowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers.
